Ceremony for the end of the fifth edition of the Master on Navigation and Related Applications

On Monday, 21st September there will be the graduation exercises of the fifth Master on Navigation and Related Applications. The Ceremony will be at 14.30 in the Lingotto campus of the Politecnico (via Nizza 230, Torino).

China and the Compass-Galileo overlay problem

Galileo and Compass should have some frequency overlay. GPS world reports that Yuanxi Yang, from the China National Administration of GNSS and Applications (CNAGA) showed plans to move Compass signal modulation to binary offset carrier (BOC) , with an AltBOC(15,10) open service (OS) signal in the aeronautical radionavigation band at Ein the E5 band (centered at 1191.795 MHz and reserved to aeronautical radionavigation services).
